We are committed to keeping your data secure. Mac Gurus encrypts all files that are scheduled for backup, then sends those encrypted files over an encrypted connection, and stores them encrypted in our secure data center that has both physical and electronic security.

Mac Gurus installs our backup agent onto your computer. Once done it backs up to our managed backup system. Via the Backup App you can restore missing files directly to your computer or you can have a Mac Gurus technician assist you with any restoration task. Should you need a full backup we can arranged for a USB drive of all your files be shipped to your location where we can help you restore or build a new computer with your backup data.
