Schedule onsite / remote work
You get to schedule onsite work with at least 1 week notice and remote work with little to no notice to the location noted in the agreement.

Choose your system
We monitor one system for you to ensure optimum uptime of the system you choose. System can not be a network device. Acceptable systems include backup systems and servers.
Flexible Financing Options
The 6 month consecutive contract allows you to pay for 6 months of service, on a 6 month agreement. You can either pay for the service within the 6 month time frame, month-to-month, or you can split the costs across one year paying half of the cost after the conclusion of the original engagement. If you choose to split the cost across a full year an 8% interest will be applied for months after service has ended. Rolling over to an annual plan will remove associated interest charges.
